About me
Hi! I'm Poppy and I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy in 2020 at Coventry University.

I have 4 years of clinical experience with 2 years being spent working with professional athletes at Wasps Rugby Football Club and the other 2 years within private clinics and semi-professional athletes.

I have been very fortunate to work with professional and semi-professional Rugby players and I've now taken the leap to build my own business within the private sector.

I have always been 'sporty' growing up and believe being able to stay fit and active is a number 1 priority. This is why I love being able to help people; both active or sedentary feel better about their aches & pains and get them back to their optimal level.

Active or sedentary, It doesn't matter! I would love to see you either way. Sports Massage and Injuries are not all from playing sport or being active and in fact 50% of the time your muscular tension/aches and pains are from being inactive. Sport's Therapists do not only see people who 'play sport' and see the general public too! So book in to see me and let me help you!
I look forward to seeing you.
