Massage
Sports Massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue. Sports Massage is designed to assist in correcting 'problematic areas' and imbalances in soft tissue caused from repetitive, strenuous physical activity or postural related tightness. Please remember you do not need to play sport or be very active to feel the benefits of this massage.

Sports Massage sessions will include deep tissue massage and techniques such as Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Joint Mobilisations, Transverse Frictions and Trigger Point Therapy. We also offer Kinesio Taping if requested by the patients or advised by the Therapist.

Sports Massage sessions are made up of 100% treatment with the last few minutes of the session going through stretches if requested by the patient or advised by the Therapist.
​
